3. Insurance Coverage: Renters must have comprehensive insurance coverage that includes exotic and luxury vehicles. Proof of insurance is required before the rental agreement is finalized.

4. Security Deposit: A substantial security deposit is required for all exotic and luxury vehicle rentals. This deposit will be used to cover any damages, fines, or additional fees incurred during the rental period.

5. Driving Restrictions: Exotic and luxury vehicles may have specific driving restrictions, including prohibited use on unpaved roads, racetracks, or participation in any form of racing or reckless driving. Violations may result in penalties and forfeiture of the security deposit.

6. Maintenance and Care: Renters are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in pristine condition. Any damage, excessive wear, or neglect may result in additional charges.

7. Fuel Requirements: Exotic and luxury vehicles often require premium fuel. Renters must adhere to the manufacturer’s fuel specifications to avoid damage and additional fees.

8. Mileage Limitations: Rentals may include mileage limitations. Exceeding these limits may incur additional charges. Please review the rental agreement for specific mileage policies.

9. Weather Conditions: Exotic and luxury vehicles are not suited for extreme weather conditions. Renters should avoid driving in heavy rain, snow, or other adverse weather conditions that may compromise safety.

10. Legal Compliance: Renters must comply with all local, state, and federal laws while operating the vehicle. Any fines, tickets, or legal issues arising during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.

11. Mechanical Issues: In the event of any mechanical issues, renters must immediately contact Royalty Management LLC. Unauthorized repairs or modifications are strictly prohibited.

12. Personal Belongings: Royalty Management LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please ensure all personal items are removed at the end of the rental period.
